A campaign for 2023 which focuses on 12 ‘emotional needs’ – one for each month – to bring you practical tips, people’s stories and support to keep you well. About the 12 emotional needs: To help you stay well, Suffolk Mind use an ‘organising idea’ that we all have physical and emotional needs and a set of skills and resources that we’re born with to meet those needs. Look out for a new article every month based on one of the 12 emotional needs, with information for how you can keep healthy, get the help you need and even save money!

We all need the right amount of sleep in a 24-hour period, about eight hours for the average adult and less as we get older. What can we do to get better sleep? On this page you'll find some pointers which experts recommend.
