Help to stop smoking
Feel Good Suffolk is the free stop smoking service for people living in Suffolk, who are 12yrs old and over and want to stop smoking.
The service offers a range of stop smoking support including:
- 121 or group support
- nicotine replacement (NRT), vape kits and prescription medications
- Allen Carr’s Easyway to stop smoking online seminars

Stop smoking support is also available at some GP practices and Pharmacies.

Feel Good Suffolk Champion Training
This training is to train anyone working or volunteering with smokers on how to have conversations about smoking and on how Feel Good Suffolk help smokers to quit. They offer drop in online training or bespoke online or face to face training. Visit the Feel Good Suffolk Champion Training webpage.

Suffolk Tobacco Control Plan 2026 – 2030
The Suffolk Tobacco Control Plan has been written in collaboration with the Suffolk Tobacco Control Alliance. This plan sets out the principles of our approach, our aims, tactics and priorities. Suffolk aims to match the national ambition of reducing the Suffolk smoking prevalence to 5% or under by 2030.
The plan will be reviewed on annual basis in November upon release of key smoking data sets.
This plan will be accompanied by a delivery plan to be published September 2026.

Illicit tobacco/vapes and underage sales
The illicit tobacco/vape trade has strong links with organised crime and sellers often target children, increasing the risk that they will become addicted to smoking.
