You can find support from services to stop smoking in the following 3 ways:
The Stop Smoking service is for everyone who has smoked a tobacco product in the last 48 hours and available for any age.
8 week support programme which includes Carbon Monoxide monitoring.
Access to treatments (Champix, Zyban, Nicotine Replacement Therapy) for up to 12 weeks (product dependant)and direct supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy for anyone from the age of 12 years old.
Initial one to one appointment, then decide if you would like to continue with a one to one or would prefer a group setting.

This group is a safe place for people to feel supported as they attempt to stop smoking and for those who have quit to share their experience and provide guidance and support for those beginning their journey.
