People living in more deprived areas are more likely to have worse health outcomes

The English Indices of Deprivation measure relative levels of deprivation in 32,844 small areas or neighbourhoods, called Lower Layer Super Output Areas (LSOAs).

The latest findings were published in 2019 (national tableau report). Indices were also published in 2010 and 2015.  English Indices of Deprivation 2015 has more information including context, background info and national data.
